Larry Hagen, audiologist, was the founder of Micro-Tech Hearing Instruments (now a division of Starkey) and co-founded SoundPoint Audiology (now part of All American Hearing). His experience as both a manufacturer and clinic owner gives him a unique set of skills unrivaled in the hearing health industry. In addition to serving as president of Prism Hearing Solutions, Larry is also Chief Technology Officer and architect of Prism Connect, the next generation in practice management software.
Bill Savage – Vice President Sales and Marketing
Bill started in the hearing industry in 1999 with Micro-Tech, beginning in Marketing, and eventually serving as Regional Sales Manager. Bill joined Prism Hearing Solutions in 2012 after 5 years in software sales and project management for a team creating database systems used by US Olympic National Governing Bodies. Bill’s combination of experience in hearing aid sales and marketing, and enterprise level software management, makes him uniquely qualified to assist you in building stronger patient relationships and opening new sources of revenue.
Jerry Lee – Vice President Software Development
Jerry started in the hearing industry in 2001 with Micro-Tech as a software developer writing and supporting internal manufacturing, accounting and sales applications. Jerry joined Prism Hearing Solutions in 2011 after 4 years in software development/project management for a team of developers creating applications to run large community foundations. Jerry’s combination of experience in multiple database platforms (Sybase, SQL Server, Oracle and MySql), multiple programming languages and experience in the hearing aid manufacturing process makes him uniquely qualified to assist in the development of a new cloud based practice management system to help your business thrive.
Ken Athmann – Chief Financial Officer
Ken Athmann comes to Prism Hearing Solutions with a full career of hearing health industry financial experience. Ken held financial leadership roles in both Micro-Tech Hearing Instruments and SoundPoint Audiology and has served as consultant to a number of start-up companies. As a QuickBooks expert, Ken also offers strategic financial consulting to hearing health clinics and specializes in identifying and recovering hidden or lost revenue.
